People on Bivorra
Keep employees, departments, job positions, work locations, and holidays in one place. People is free, and Orbia, Prezio, and Solva use the same records.

Import an Excel or CSV file with code, name, work email, mobile, department, job position, and join date. Departments and job positions are matched by name.
Owners see everything. For other users, you tick what each one may do: manage people, link a user to an employee, or invite an employee as a user.
When someone leaves, archive the employee with a departure date, a reason, and a note.

Yes. Import an Excel or CSV file of up to 2,000 rows. Rows with a repeated work email or code are skipped, and bad rows are reported.
No. People keeps the records. Payroll is in Solva, attendance and leave are in Prezio, and HR contracts are in Orbia.
Yes. Invite an employee as a user from their record. Who may do this is a permission you give.
