Petora on Bivorra
Each department bills on its own. Each owner keeps their pets and their history. Stock is kept by batch, with an expiry date.
Batch DEMO26 · earliest expiry first
“The owner came back and nobody knew what we gave the dog last time.”
Add the owner once, then add each pet. Visits, treatments, and vaccinations are kept against the pet, and the vaccinations due report lists the boosters coming up.
A batch past its expiry is not offered for sale. Damaged stock is written off.
The pharmacy and the store keep stock by batch. A sale takes the batch that expires first. Discounts and damage write-offs have their own screens.
Move stock between departments by a transfer. Raise a purchase request, and read the stock, expiry, and stock movement reports.
