StitchPro on Bivorra

A stitching counter for measurements, cloth, and delivery dates.

Keep the last measurement, set the day the garment is due, and put cloth and stitching on the same bill.

See what is due before the customer calls.

Overdue, today, and the next seven days stay on the first screen. Open a date for the name, the garment, and the phone.

  • Status from received to delivered
  • Urgent marked on the order
  • One calendar per counter

Cloth and stitching on one bill.

Take an advance at the counter and the balance on delivery. Cash, UPI, or card. Customer cloth is written on the slip and does not come off the shop roll.

What the counter covers

  • Measurements

A book per person, a set per garment.

  • Delivery

A date on each garment, with urgent marked.

  • Cloth

Sell by the metre, or record cloth the customer brought.

  • Invoice

Advance now, the balance when you hand it over.

  • GST

A percent on the bill, only when that shop charges it.

  • Counters

Filter the calendar when one business has more than one counter.

Questions

Can one bill contain cloth and stitching?

Yes. A cloth line is charged by the metre. A stitching line is a flat rate. Both sit on the same bill.

Does customer cloth leave shop stock?

No. Cloth the customer brought is recorded on the order and is not taken off the roll. Shop cloth is deducted when you issue the invoice, and only when that roll tracks stock.

Do I have to charge GST?

No. GST is a percent on that bill only when the shop turns it on. A shop that does not charge GST leaves it off and the tax is zero.

Where do I see what is due this week?

The delivery screen lists overdue work, today, and the next seven days. Open a date to see the customer, the garment, the phone, and whether it is ready.
